Job summary

Eastman Industrial Supply Inc. is seeking an Assembly Manager to lead and continually enhance assembly and service center operations across Makati, Cebu, Sta. Rosa, and other sites.

You will drive operational excellence, ensure product quality, safety, and efficiency, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. You will oversee manpower development, facility operations, and cross‑department coordination with Engineering, Procurement, Warehouse, QA/QC, and Sales to align operations with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in assembly, repair, or service operations.
• At least 2 years in supervisory/managerial capacity.
• Experience in pump and motor rehabilitation is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead setup and ongoing management of assembly and service centers across multiple locations.
• Establish KPIs to measure productivity, cost-effectiveness, and service quality.
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to ISO/EHS standards.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Warehouse, QA/QC, and Sales for project execution.
• Oversee QA/QC protocols and manage non-conformance with corrective actions.
