Job summary

APW Tech is seeking a CloudOps Engineer to manage and optimize multi-cloud environments in a fast-paced setting. You will ensure high availability, performance, and security while collaborating with SRE and cross-functional teams to drive efficient operations and automation.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, incident escalation, and contributing to documentation and data analysis to improve systems and processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
3+ years of experience with AWS and at least one other public cloud (Azure/Google/Alibaba).
DevOps and CI/CD practices across cloud infrastructures.
Experience with DevOps tools and deploying with Kubernetes.
AWS or other cloud certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Ensure high availability, performance, security, and operational efficiency across mission-critical systems.
Collaborate with SRE partners and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Act as escalation point for user support, leading investigations and troubleshooting.
Contribute to process documentation, reporting, data analysis, and automation initiatives.
Provide solution recommendations to improve systems and operations.
