Responsibilities

Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve cloud infrastructure issues in line with SLAs.
Proactively manage, secure, and optimize Azure & AWS environments.
Implement automation scripts, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code.
Collaborate with senior engineers and architects on complex projects.
Maintain documentation and knowledge base in Confluence.
Perform regular patching, backups, and performance checks.
Support clients via phone and Zendesk tickets.
