Coins.ph is seeking a Paid Ads Specialist to join our growth team. You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Apple Search Ads, ensuring efficient spend and aligned performance. The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in performance marketing, with hands-on experience and strong reporting skills.

This role offers opportunities to drive multi-channel growth in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

2–3 years hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Apple Search Ads.
Strong data gathering, analysis and reporting using Excel/Sheets and Data Studio.
Knowledge of performance metrics: CTR, CVR, CPI, CAC, ROAS, ARPU.

Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Apple Search Ads.
Monitor campaign budgets, KPIs, and performance against goals.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
Gather, clean, and analyze campaign data to identify insights and opportunities.
Prepare clear, actionable performance reports for internal teams and stakeholders.
Collaborate with the creative and product teams to align ad strategies with user acquisition goals.
Stay up-to-date with platform changes, trends, and best practices in performance marketing.
