Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer service, preferably in ecommerce.
• Strong written English and Filipino communication.
• Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or Facebook Page Inbox.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer messages, reviews, and inquiries on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and social media.
• Process order follow-ups, complaints, returns, refunds, and disputes professionally.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and eCommerce team for smooth order fulfillment.
• Monitor chat response rate and ensure timely replies based on platform SLAs.
• Maintain positive customer experience to help increase store ratings and conversions.
• Escalate issues to the proper team and follow up until resolved.
• Record common customer concerns and suggest improvements in service or product.
• Assist in answering FAQs and setting up automated chat responses if applicable.
