Job summary

GetKlean is hiring a versatile digital marketer to own SEO/SEM, email marketing, blog content, and the data behind it. This role blends strategy with hands‑on execution in a fast‑moving, data‑driven environment.

You'll report to the CMO and collaborate with a small in‑house creative team, working with international clients. You’ll rely on testing and analytics rather than generic best practices to influence decisions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience owning campaigns in agency or in‑house roles.
• Experience with international clients or markets (BPO/offshore/DTC counts).
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
• Experience with SEO/SEM tools, PPC platforms, Mailchimp or Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads.
• Daily use of AI tools to move faster, not as a novelty.
• Strong writing ability in a human voice.
• Ability to form opinions after analyzing numbers.

Responsibilities

• SEO/SEM: research keywords, fix technical issues, identify content gaps, manage Google Ads budgets and copy.
• Email: design newsletters, promos, retention flows and segmentation.
• Blog & Content: manage publication schedule tied to search trends and market activity.
• Data & Trends: extract insights from GA/Meta, track shifts across platforms and competitors.
