Turn this role into an interview — a resume and cover letter built around what this employer wants.
GetKlean is hiring a versatile digital marketer to own SEO/SEM, email marketing, blog content, and the data behind it. This role blends strategy with hands‑on execution in a fast‑moving, data‑driven environment.
You'll report to the CMO and collaborate with a small in‑house creative team, working with international clients. You’ll rely on testing and analytics rather than generic best practices to influence decisions.
GetKlean is hiring someone to handle SEO/SEM, email marketing, our blog, and the data behind all of it. Four things, one person. That's the job, so if you'd rather specialize in just one channel, this probably isn't for you.
You'll report to the CMO, under the supervision of the Digital Marketing Executive, and work with a small in-house creative team rather than a bloated marketing department with five layers of approval. Decisions happen fast here. You'll be expected to have opinions backed by data, not just "best practices" you read somewhere.
SEO/SEM keyword research, technical fixes, content gaps, and running our Google Ads. You'll set budgets, write ad copy, and adjust when something's not working instead of waiting for someone to tell you.
Email Newsletters, promos, retention flows. Segmenting our list properly so people get emails they'd actually want to open. You'll know your open rates and click rates cold, and you'll know why they moved.
Blog & Content Writing that doesn't sound like it came out of a content mill. You'll manage what gets published and when, tied to what people are actually searching for and what's happening in the market right now.
Data & Trends: Pulling numbers from Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager and turning them into decisions, not just slides. Keeping tabs on what's shifting across platforms and what competitors are doing before we get blindsided.
3-5 years actually doing this work, either at an agency or in-house, with real ownership over campaigns and not just executing someone else's plan
Experience with international clients or markets. BPO, offshore digital marketing, or DTC brands all count. You know global work isn't the same game as local.
A degree in Marketing, Advertising, or something close enough
You've actually used SEO/SEM tools, PPC platforms, an email platform like Mailchimp or Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads. Not "familiar with." Used.
You use AI tools daily to move faster, not as a novelty
You can write. Actually write, in a voice that sounds like a person
You form opinions after looking at the numbers, not before
Filipino, based in the Philippines (Metro Manila)
You like a hard problem more than an easy win
You can take feedback without sulking about it
You work fine with people who don't think as you do, creatives, ops, whoever, without needing to be the loudest one in the room
Confident without being insufferable about it
You bring some energy to the team. Nobody wants to work next to a wall.
