Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong customer service orientation with a genuine helpful attitude.
• Ability to stay calm and professional with difficult customers.
• Experience with computer systems and CRM platforms is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, chat and other channels.
• Provide accurate, timely, and professional assistance to resolve customer issues.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain records in systems.
• Follow company policies, procedures and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services when appropriate.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless experiences.
• Meet or exceed performance targets including call handling times, customer satisfaction scores and quality metrics.
• Ongoing training and development to enhance skills and product knowledge.
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialist teams when necessary.
