Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead multiple hotel brands and drive performance across regions. You will develop and implement strategies to boost efficiency, profitability, and guest satisfaction while overseeing staffing, budgeting, procurement, and maintenance.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in hospitality operations, proven leadership, strong analytical and strategic planning skills, and excellent stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of operations management experience in hospitality or property management.
• Proven track record of leading teams and driving operational excellence.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of financial management.
• Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, profitability and overall hotel performance.
• Oversee multiple hotel brands and property management functions, including staffing, budgeting, procurement, maintenance.
• Lead and motivate property managers, department heads, and operational personnel.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, safety standards, and hotel brand policies.
• Collaborate with the Executive Team in identifying business opportunities, expansion plans, and strategic initiatives.
• Foster a positive, guest centric culture throughout the organization.
