Job summary

Scalable Os Corp. is seeking an experienced IT professional to deliver advanced Level 3 support for small to mid-size businesses. You will work with Level 1/2 engineers to resolve escalations, mentor peers, and maintain secure, high-performing IT environments across on-premises and cloud technologies.

The role emphasizes Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Autopilot, AVD/WVD, and hybrid infrastructure, including migrations and upgrades. Strong networking and MSP tooling experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years IT experience with MSP background.
• Minimum 3 years MSP experience.
• Minimum 3 years Microsoft 365 / Azure experience.
• Hands-on IT infrastructure management across servers, networks, storage and cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange/Exchange Online, Intune, Autopilot, SharePoint, AVD/WVD and hybrid environments.
• 3–5 years of designing and supporting Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
• Experience with Hyper-V virtualization.
• Solid networking knowledge: VPN, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VLANs, network security.
• Experience with common MSP tooling: RMM, PSA, monitoring and backup/BDR platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Level 3 technical support and troubleshoot complex hardware, software, server, network, and cloud-related issues.
• Collaborate with Level 1 and Level 2 engineers on escalated issues, providing mentorship and knowledge sharing.
• Monitor and proactively maintain client IT infrastructure to ensure availability, performance, and security.
• Manage Windows Servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, networks, firewalls, BDR appliances, storage, and related infrastructure.
• Design, scope, implement, and support Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Autopilot, and Azure Virtual Desktop solutions.

• Perform server, network, and cloud migrations and technology upgrades.
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop long-term solutions for recurring issues.

About the role

This role is responsible for providing advanced technical support, managing complex IT environments, and delivering proactive solutions for small to midsize business clients. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange / Exchange Online, Intune, Windows Autopilot, SharePoint, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD/WVD), and hybrid Microsoft environments.
• 3–5 years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
