Job summary

CDCC Builders Inc. seeks a Project Engineer for Equipment & MPFS to oversee mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and sanitary works, ensuring conformance with plans and specs. The role also schedules preventive maintenance for in-house equipment at the project site.

Responsibilities include cost/quantity estimation, material requests, MPFS supervision, on-site inspections, and turnover with completion certificates. Requires 3+ years in construction and relevant engineering licensure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Sanitary Engineering.
• Licensed/registered engineer (RME, RSE, or RMPl) preferred.
• 3+ years in construction with mechanical, fire protection, plumbing, and sanitary exposure.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project, and other engineering tools.

Responsibilities

• Estimate, monitor, and control plumbing quantities (materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors).
• Coordinate baseline cost and schedule with the Cost & Schedule Engineer.
• Prepare and submit requests for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Monitor and supervise MPFS works; supervise generator/elevator installations.
• Review plans and specifications for compliance with codes and standards.
• Conduct tests (hydro-test, functional tests) and system start-up.
