Job Description

Responsible for managing company vehicles, drivers, and daily motor pool operations. Ensures vehicles are safe, roadworthy, properly maintained, and available for authorized use. Conducts routine vehicle inspections, monitors preventive maintenance schedules, and performs basic troubleshooting and minor mechanical repairs. Maintains accurate vehicle, fuel, repair, and maintenance records. Coordinates with mechanics, suppliers, and management for major repairs and service requirements. Supervises and guides drivers, ensuring compliance with company policies, traffic regulations, and safety procedures. Handles vehicle assignments and transportation requests efficiently. Demonstrates leadership, sound judgment, problem-solving skills, and computer literacy in performing daily motor pool responsibilities.
