Qualifications

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer with supervisory experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good communication.
• Experience leading maintenance teams and coordinating multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the operation of the garage and motorpool.
• Monitor acquisition, operation and maintenance of vehicles and equipment; maintain records.
• Perform scheduled and non-scheduled service and maintenance of motor pool vehicles and road equipment.
• Lead daily and weekly Motorpool meetings and resolve site operation issues.
