Job summary

ARKY Construct in Masbate City is seeking a motivated Helper Mechanic to assist with repair, maintenance, and servicing of company vehicles, trucks, and equipment to ensure safety and reliability. You will work under a supervising mechanic, perform oil changes and routine servicing, organize tools and parts, and follow safety protocols.

The role welcomes individuals with or without experience, who are hardworking, team-oriented, and willing to travel to other project sites, including overtime

Qualifications

• Mechanical experience is an advantage.
• Willing to learn under supervision.
• Hardworking, reliable, and physically fit.
• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Willing to be assigned to other project sites.
• Willing to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the mechanic with vehicle and equipment repairs.
• Help with routine maintenance, oil changes, and basic servicing.
• Assist in checking and troubleshooting mechanical problems.
• Prepare and organize tools, parts, and materials.
• Clean and maintain the motorpool, tools, and equipment.
• Assist in the removal and installation of vehicle parts.
• Follow safety procedures when handling tools and equipment.
• Report any vehicle or equipment problems to the mechanic or supervisor.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
