Responsibilities

• Ensure all vehicles and equipment are properly maintained and serviced on schedule.
• Develop and enforce preventive maintenance programs for the fleet.
• Lead and supervise mechanics, technicians, and support staff.
• Oversee daily motorpool operations (dispatching, scheduling, utilization).
• Prepare and manage the motorpool budget and monitor costs.
• Monitor fuel consumption, repair costs, and spare parts usage.
• Maintain records of vehicles, parts, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.
• Prepare regular reports on fleet status, maintenance, and costs.
• Develop long-term plans for fleet expansion or modernization.
