Job summary

MEC Networks Corporation in Quezon City is seeking a Field Collections Specialist to secure payments from customers with outstanding accounts. You will travel to client sites to collect, issue receipts, and document transactions, while upholding company policies.

About the Role:

Responsible for the timely collection of payments from customers with outstanding accounts, ensuring compliance with company policies and credit terms. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact between the company and its clients—traveling to customer locations to collect payments, issue official receipts, and maintain accurate documentation while strengthening client relationships.

What You'll Do:

• Field Collections & Documentation: Collect payments and necessary documents completely, timely, and accurately from clients while issuing valid and correct receipts upon collection.
• Asset & Equipment Care: Perform routine maintenance and monitoring of company-provided assets (e.g., motorcycle, fleet card, mobile phone).
• Client Communication: Communicate clearly with clients regarding collection schedules, payment resolutions, and document transmissions.
• Team & Operations Support: Assist the broader Collection team with administrative and operational tasks while strictly ensuring compliance with company policies and credit terms.

Who We're Looking For:

• Education: Minimum of a 2-year Associate Degree in any business-related course.
• Driving Credentials & Route Knowledge: Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Proven proficiency in operating both manual and automatic motorcycles, alongside a strong familiarity with Metro Manila roads and nearby areas.
• Experience & Track Record: At least 2 years of proven experience as a Motorized Collector is an advantage.
• Key Traits & Skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Exceptional honesty, trustworthiness, and discretion when handling confidential accounts and payments.
• Work Setup: Willing to work on-site in Cubao, Quezon City.
