The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of FMCG retail sales supervision experience, strong Excel skills, and a willingness to travel frequently for fieldwork, including motorcycle travel

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• 2-3 years of FMCG retail sales supervision experience with a track record of driving sales growth.
• Experience in corporate sales or equivalent is advantageous.
• Experience in fieldwork and inventory control to manage store operations.
• Able to work independently with initiative to meet sales and operational goals.
• Willingness to travel frequently for fieldwork.
• Experience traveling by motorcycle for mobility between locations.
