The ideal candidate has 2-3 years in coordinator/supervisory roles in retail, strong leadership, communication, and the ability to work under pressure while managing multiple tasks. Travel for field visits may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field is a plus.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a Coordinator, Supervisor, Team Leader, or Managerial role within the retail industry.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Willing to travel and conduct field visits when necessary.
