Job summary

The incumbent will maintain underwriting records, update systems, and back the team with reporting and data entry while ensuring compliance with procedures and regulatory controls.

Qualifications

• Diploma and at least 1 year of insurance-related experience.
• Familiarity with motor insurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist underwriters with the day-to-day administration of motor insurance business.
• Ensure timely and accurate policy documentation.
• Assist Underwriting Executives with quotations, policy documents and correspondence accurately and promptly.
• Maintain accurate underwriting records and ensure systems are updated in a timely manner.
• Support the underwriting team with reporting, data entry and other administrative tasks.
• Ensure all activities comply with company procedures, regulatory requirements and underwriting controls.
