Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Motor Insurance Administrator for onsite work at Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City. The role involves quoting, data entry, renewals, and policy binding, with a focus on accuracy and timely communication.

You will work with a panel of underwriters and use systems like WinBEAT while maintaining organized documentation. Ideal candidates have strong English reading/writing, good numeracy, and familiarity with insurance concepts.

Qualifications

• Excellent reading and writing in English, and good numeracy are the essential skills.
• Familiarity with insurance concepts may help you ramp up quickly.
• Home and landlord experience is a plus.
• Experience in business correspondence is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Obtain quotations from a panel of insurance underwriters via online quotes or emailed forms.
• Transfer requested information accurately into the quoting system or forms.
• Execute tasks as directed: Update WinBEAT quotations, Premium Funding Rollover, Renewal, transfer renewal, bind a policy, and email Account Manager.
• Save all communications in the Document Management System (DMS).
• Update renewal spreadsheet for the Account Manager.
• Handle full term/end term cancellations and renewal policy amendments as required.
