Job summary

Paramount Life & General Insurance Corp. Baliuag Service Office is seeking a Claims Processor to help ensure that motor and non-motor insurance claims are evaluated accurately, processed efficiently, and properly documented.

The role involves on-site investigations, maintaining claims trackers, and preparing weekly branch reports, with work hours from 8:00 to 5:00, Monday to Friday. Graduate in a 4-year business course with interest in non-life claims, good communication and negotiation skills,

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year business course.
• Experience in non-life insurance claims processing is an advantage.
• Knowledge of motor insurance and automotive parts/components is an advantage.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Computer literate with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Willing to conduct on-site vehicle and property inspections.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and process motor and non-motor insurance claims handled by the Branch.
• Monitor and regularly update the claims tracker and monitoring reports.
• Conduct on-site vehicle and property inspections for risk assessment and claims evaluation.
• Identify pre-existing and accident-related damages during inspections.
• Prepare detailed inspection and survey reports, including findings, risk assessments, and recommendations.
• Prepare and submit weekly claims and branch consolidation reports to Head Office.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure claims are handled accurately and within timelines.

What You'll Do
