Job summary

AffirmData is seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Support Analyst to assist our mortgage team with QA review of Residential Loan Applications and ensure data accuracy prior to underwriting. You will review 1003 forms, collect documents and resolve discrepancies to keep processes compliant.

The ideal candidate has working knowledge of US mortgage processes, familiarity with URLA 1003 data fields, and experience with loan origination systems.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in US mortgage operations or loan processing.
• Familiarity with URLA 1003 data fields.
• Experience with mortgage origination systems (Encompass, Blend, SimpleNexus).
• Understanding of the mortgage loan lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Assist loan team with completing and submitting loan applications.
• Review 1003 forms for completeness and compliance.
• Collect and validate supporting documentation.
• Coordinate missing or conflicting data with the team.
• Log and track borrower issues through SLA timelines.
• Ensure compliance with RESPA, TRID, ECOA and related regs.
• Maintain records of application status and audits.
• Escalate defects to tech/support teams.
