BE GROUNDED PTE. LTD. seeks a friendly Café Crew Member to join our team, helping with food and beverage preparation and creating a welcoming atmosphere. You will serve guests, handle inquiries, and ensure smooth daily café operations with a customer-focused approach.

Experience in F&B or hospitality is preferred, but willing-to-learn candidates are welcome. Training provided. Shifts start early, Monday to Friday, with weekend duties only for events.

Formación

• Prior experience in F&B or hospitality is preferred, but training is provided.
• Valid Food Safety / Food Hygiene certificate is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Punctual, reliable and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Food & Beverage preparation with quality and hygiene standards.
• Welcome guests, assist at POS when needed, and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the shop; assist with opening/closing duties.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure prompt service during peak hours.
