Job summary

Qualifications

Job description

As an IT Specialist, Endpoint Monitoring, you will monitor the health and availability of end-user devices, analyze telemetry and log data, identify anomalies, and support timely incident resolution.

You will also contribute to improving monitoring capabilities, dashboards, alerts, and automated responses.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor endpoint health using tools such as UXM, Splunk, and Zabbix
• Analyze telemetry data and logs to identify anomalies, performance issues, and potential threats
• Create and maintain alerts, dashboards, and reports for end-user infrastructure
• Collaborate with IT teams to elevate incidents and implement corrective actions
• Identify opportunities to improve monitoring tools and automate event responses
• Document monitoring procedures, configurations, and operational processes
• Participate in optimization and continuous improvement projects
• Follow company policies, procedures, regulations, and security requirements
• Continuously develop technical skills through training and self-learning

Must-Have Qualifications

• University degree, preferably in IT, Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in infrastructure monitoring or endpoint management
• Practical knowledge/experience of endpoint monitoring tools, such as Splunk or Zabbix
• Experience with telemetry, logs, or diagnostic data
• Knowledge of Windows environments and endpoint infrastructure
• Data analysis and visualization skills, including dashboards or log analytics
• Basic knowledge/experience of Linux
• Knowledge/experience of Jira and Confluence
• Knowledge of Microsoft products and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
• Very good English proficiency at B2–C1 level
• Proactive approach and ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Good time management, particularly when working with deadlines
