Job summary

You will coordinate with engineers and operators, drive continuous improvement, and lead initiatives with the Manufacturing Engineer for new products and process enhancements. A strong background in molding and SAP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or local equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible professional experience in molding/production.
• Strong focus on productivity, quality, and 5S+1 discipline.

Responsibilities

• Drive production activities according to schedules and report on progress.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across functions to align on specs, deviations, and changes.
• Monitor KPIs, meet targets for quality and efficiency, and motivate a high-performance team.
• Support inspection of molded products and ensure compliance with standards.
