The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of relevant experience, a high school or vocational education, and basic troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Mold Technician, Mold Setter, or in a similar role.
• High school graduate or vocational graduate.
• Knowledge of mold installation, setup, and basic machine troubleshooting.
• Able to use hand tools and measuring instruments.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and render overtime when required.
• Able to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Can work independently and as part of a team.
