Job summary

John Clements Recruitment, Inc. is seeking a Mold Technician in Laguna to maintain, inspect, repair, and improve molds used in injection molding. You will support production efficiency and product quality by keeping molds in optimal condition.

The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, documentation, and teamwork with the Production Department to ensure mold readiness and adherence to 5S in the work area.

Qualifications

• High School graduate, Vocational graduate, or College Undergraduate.
• Technical or engineering-related education is an advantage.
• Experience in mold maintenance, tooling, injection molding, or a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices is an advantage.
• ISO awareness or related training is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production molds.
• Conduct regular mold inspections to identify wear, damage, or potential operational issues.
• Monitor and ensure the smooth operation of mold maintenance activities.
• Develop and improve mold maintenance procedures and work instructions.
• Coordinate with the Production Department regarding preventive maintenance schedules and mold readiness.
• Prepare and maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation.
• Implement and maintain 5S standards in the work area.
• Assist in troubleshooting mold-related issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Summary
