Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in the Poultry industry is advantageous.
• Licensed Agriculturist is preferred.
• Willingness to reside within the farm premises.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead and oversee all technical activities within the assigned modules.
• Supervise flockmen and ensure health and aptitude, applying biosecurity measures.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and upkeep within the module.
• Prepare and allocate MedVacc resources per house schedule for timely execution.
• Evaluate module operations, identify improvements, and implement solutions.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance.

• Experience in the Poultry industry is a significant advantage.
• Preferably a licensed Agriculturist.
• Willingness to reside within the farm premises.

• Area of Assignment: Bukidnon.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead and oversee all technical activities within the assigned modules.
• Supervise and ensure the overall health and aptitude to work of the flockmen; while implementing biosecurity measures to maintain a disease-free and high-performing breeder flock.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, sanitation, and upkeep within the module.
• Systematically prepare and allocate MedVacc resources per house schedule, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
• Engage in ongoing evaluation of module operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and overall performance.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and standards, ensuring that all module activities align with legal requirements and industry best practices.
