An education in Agriculture/Animal Science is preferred. Reliability, attention to detail, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Agriculture or Animal Science is preferred.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in broiler breeder operations.
• Strong practical knowledge of bird handling, egg collection, and farm routines.

Responsibilities

• Daily farm operations execution and monitoring.
• Supervise workers and enforce discipline.
• Monitor flock and respond to issues immediately.
• Coordinate and oversee egg collection and quality control.
• Enforce biosecurity measures as a critical priority.
• Coordinate feed trials and document results.
• Record data and generate reports on farm activities.
• Monitor equipment and facilities, and support administrative tasks.
• Maintain record-keeping, inventory, scheduling, and communication.

The Broiler Breeder Farm Supervisor is responsible for the execution, control, and discipline of all day-to-day farm operations, ensuring that production activities are carried out accurately, consistently, and in full compliance with established SOPs and biosecurity standards.
