Job summary

Dermorepubliq Corporation is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist for Modern Trade to optimize sell-out performance and ensure stock availability across Watsons doors. You will manage inventory planning under a consignment model and coordinate with internal teams to support campaigns and promo requirements.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience in sales operations or retail analytics, with a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business, operations, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years experience in sales operations, retail analytics, inventory coordination, or Modern Trade support.
• Exposure to Modern Trade accounts (Watsons or similar) is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset with ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Track sell-out performance per Watsons store (door level).
• Identify top and underperforming stores; provide regular performance insights and reporting.
• Maintain clean and accurate store-level data; reconcile data across systems.
• Monitor stock levels per store and support replenishment planning.
• Coordinate with SCM for stock allocation and delivery; flag OOS risks.
• Track consignment inventory movement and aging; ensure healthy inventory levels.
• Execute promo enrollment in Watsons systems; ensure correct SKUs, pricing, and timing.
• Coordinate with Marketing, SCM, and Execution teams for campaigns; ensure product availability.

Job description

The Sales Operations Specialist for Modern Trade supports operations by ensuring accurate sales tracking, stock availability per door, and efficient inventory planning under a consignment model. This role ensures that each store is properly stocked, monitored, and supported to drive sell-out performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Track sell-out performance per Watsons store (door level)
• Identify top and underperforming stores
• Provide regular performance insights and reporting
• Maintain clean and accurate store-level data

Inventory Monitoring & Replenishment Planning

• Monitor stock levels per store and ensure availability
• Support replenishment planning based on sell-through trends
• Coordinate with SCM for stock allocation and delivery
• Flag OOS risks and take proactive action

Consignment & Inventory Control

• Track consignment inventory movement and aging
• Monitor slow-moving, near-expiry, and overstock items
• Recommend redistribution and corrective actions
• Ensure healthy inventory levels across stores
• Execute promo enrollment in Watsons systems based on approved mechanics
• Ensure correct SKU mapping, pricing, and promo setup as instructed
• Coordinate with internal teams to complete all promo requirements
• Maintain and update promo tracker for Watsons activities
• Validate completeness of setup before launch (pricing, SKUs, timing)
• Flag discrepancies, risks, or missing details to Sales Manager

Campaign Readiness & Coordination

• Ensure SKU readiness, pricing alignment, and stock availability for campaigns
• Coordinate with Marketing, SCM, and Execution teams
• Monitor product availability during campaign periods

Data Accuracy & Reporting

• Maintain accurate reporting across systems and trackers
• Ensure consistency between sales, stock, and reports
• Support reporting requirements for internal and retail partners

QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)

Experience

• 1–3 years experience in sales operations, retail analytics, inventory coordination, or Modern Trade support
• Exposure to Modern Trade accounts (Watsons or similar) is a strong advantage
