Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably FMCG, distribution, or consumer products sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with negotiating abilities.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities to interpret data and trends.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with Modern Trade accounts.
• Regularly visit customers to ensure product availability and merchandising standards.
• Coordinate with buyers/store managers to secure listings and promotions.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and drive growth.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with supply chain.
• Prepare regular sales reports and analyze performance.
