Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Mobilization Specialist for a Return to Office setup in Taguig. The role involves leading workstreams, designing and implementing transition components, and ensuring adherence to mobilization methodologies.

The candidate will collaborate with transition leaders, support cost estimation, and provide data-driven insights for client programs. Rotation shifts are expected with weekends off.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience.
• At least 3 years supervisory experience.
• At least 3 years project management experience (BPO experience only).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Transition/Workstream Leads to create high-impact response materials.
• Assist in estimating costs and developing detailed work plans for workstreams.
• Participate in Due Diligence and Service Transition activities.
• Lead individual workstreams or portions of a Service Transition program.
• Define, build, and implement components within Service Transition programs.
• Apply standard Mobilization methods and best practices across activities.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses to inform decisions.
• Manage internal and external client relationships within the workstream.
