Responsibilities

• Lead the design, management and implementation of Service Transition programs to ensure seamless outsourcing and delivery solutions.
• Develop high-quality response materials with Workstream Leads and Solution Architects for Deal Shape teams.
• Provide accurate cost estimations and develop comprehensive work plans for workstreams.
• Oversee mobilization architecture including planning, resource transitions and onboarding.
• Perform due diligence and service transition activities, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Apply advanced analytical techniques to evaluate concepts and options, delivering data-driven insights.
• Lead transition program workstreams to ensure successful delivery and alignment with program objectives.
• Define, build and implement components of Service Transition programs leveraging standard solutions.
• Ensure adherence to Mobilization methods, tools and best practices across all phases.

Working closely with Client and Service Delivery Leads, and Solution Architects, you will oversee critical RESPONSIBILITIES: ** Other Tasks: Team members may occasionally be asked to perform non-transition-related roles or tasks as needed to support business and organizational requirements. The expected outcomes from these temporary assignments will be discussed by your designated lead as they arise to ensure alignment of expectations and deliverables.** ** Expanded Expectations for Level 7 and Above: Leadership engagement beyond immediate project responsibilities fosters broader organizational impact and is expected at this level. Participation and involvement in local and/or global initiatives is therefore highly encouraged. **
• Response Materials Development: Lead the creation of high-quality response materials in collaboration with Workstream Leads and Solution Architects for Deal Shape teams, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational goals.
• Cost Estimation and Work Plan Management: Provide accurate cost estimations and developing comprehensive work plans for workstreams, ensuring all resources and timelines are effectively managed.
• Mobilization Architecture: Oversees the planning and execution of resource transitions and onboarding, ensuring alignment with project requirements, timelines, and organizational standards.
• Due Diligence and Service Transition Activities: Participate in Due Diligence and Service Transition activities, identifying risks and opportunities, and ensuring smooth and efficient program execution.
• Advanced Analytical Evaluation: Apply advanced analytical techniques to assess concepts, alternatives, and solution options, providing data-driven insights and recommendations that align with program objectives.
• Workstream Leadership: Lead Transition program, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with the overall program objectives.
• Solution Design and Implementation: Define, build, and implement components of Service Transition programs, leveraging existing standard solutions to maximize efficiency, reduce risks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Mobilization Methodology and Tools Adherence: Ensure adherence to Mobilization methods, tools, and best practices across all phases of the transition process, promoting consistency and quality in service delivery.
• Cost-Benefit Analysis: Define and assess the detailed costs and benefits of specific solutions and workstreams, ensuring effective financial planning and risk management for service transition programs.
• Client Relationship Management: Manage and strengthen internal and external client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and alignment with business goals.
• Design Leadership and Execution: Lead the detailed design and development of at least one workstream component or sub-component, ensuring all deliverables are completed within the parameters of the Solution Blueprint.
