Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Mobilization Senior Analyst in a hybrid setup to drive service transition programs. You will lead or support workstreams, ensuring deliverables meet timelines, quality standards, and program objectives.

Define, build, and implement scalable components; manage stakeholder expectations; mentor the team; and contribute to due diligence and knowledge sharing to deliver tangible client value.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years in project management (BPO focus).
• Experience with transition programs and cross-functional teams is a plus.
• Individual contributor role.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support workstreams within a Service Transition program.
• Oversee design and build of workstream components aligned with the Solution Blueprint.
• Define, build, and implement scalable components for Service Transition programs.
• Manage client expectations and maintain high satisfaction.
• Mentor the support team and ensure high quality of transition activities.
• Develop high-quality response materials for Deal Shape teams.
• Assist cost estimation and detailed work planning for workstreams.
• Contribute to Due Diligence and knowledge sharing.
