Qualifications

• Proficiency in motion graphics and video editing using industry tools.
• Portfolio showing video and image creatives, preferably mobile ads.
• Strong typography, color theory and composition knowledge.
• Eager to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality video and image creatives for mobile game ads across Facebook, Google, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Collaborate with growth marketing to align assets with campaign objectives.
• Develop culturally relevant creatives for target regions.
• Participate in brainstorming and strategy sessions; contribute fresh ideas.
• Assist in A/B testing to improve ad performance based on data insights.
• Stay updated on game marketing trends and bring new ideas to creative executions.
• Manage multiple design tasks with timely delivery of assets.
