Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in growth design or related role.

• Strong storytelling, experimentation, and growth mindset.
• Proficient in HTML/CSS for responsive creatives.

Responsibilities

• Design high-performing creatives for ads, landing pages, and in‑app graphics.
• Develop motion graphics, GIFs, animations, and micro-interactions.
• Create A/B test variations to optimize design performance.
• Adapt and localize assets for different platforms and segments.
• Design interactive experiences to improve conversion and retention.
