Job summary

Bravo Ventures Inc. seeks a Food Cart Attendant to manage daily operations of a mobile food cart or kiosk. You will prepare and assemble items, assist customers, and process payments while maintaining high hygiene standards.

You will set up and stock the cart, monitor inventory, and ensure compliance with local safety guidelines in outdoor environments. Strong math, communication, and multitasking skills are required for high-volume service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Local Food Handler's Permit or Food Safety Certificate.
• Prior experience in food service, customer service, or retail is preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 25–50 lbs (11–23 kg).
• Strong basic math skills for managing transactions.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders, answer questions about menu items, and handle payments (cash, card, or digital payments).
• Prepare, cook, and assemble food items according to established recipes, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
• Set up the cart before opening, restock inventory/supplies throughout the day, and clean/sanitize all equipment and surfaces at closing.
• Monitor stock levels of food, beverages, and packaging materials, reporting shortages to management.
• Strictly follow local food safety standards, sanitary procedures, and personal hygiene guidelines (e.g., wearing gloves, hairnets).
