Job summary

Bravo Ventures Inc. is seeking a role to support daily store operations through customer service, food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards. This position offers a great opportunity to gain experience in the food and hospitality industry within a teamwork‑oriented environment.

Open to fresh graduates with or without prior experience. No formal experience is required, though background in food service is a plus.

Qualifications

• Open to fresh graduates with or without prior work experience.
• Experience in food service is an advantage but not required.
• Able to communicate effectively and provide quality customer service.
• Willing to learn and adapt to operational requirements.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with orders, inquiries, and service requests.
• Process cash and cashless transactions accurately.
• Prepare and assemble food and beverage items according to company standards.
• Ensure product quality, consistency, and proper presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Replenish ingredients, supplies, and other operational requirements as needed.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Support opening and closing activities and other daily operational tasks.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient store operations.
