Job summary

Bravo Ventures Inc. is seeking a Food Attendant / Service Crew to support daily store operations through customer service, cash handling, and food preparation while maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards.

You will assist customers, process transactions, prepare and present items, and keep workstations and dining areas organized. Fresh graduates are welcome and prior experience is not required; you will learn on the job in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Open to fresh graduates.
• Experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not required.
• Able to communicate effectively and provide quality customer service.
• Willing to learn and adapt to operational requirements.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with orders, inquiries, and service requests.
• Process cash and cashless transactions accurately.
• Prepare and assemble food and beverage items according to company standards.
• Ensure product quality, consistency, and proper presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Replenish ingredients, supplies, and other operational requirements as needed.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Support opening and closing activities and other daily operational tasks.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient store operations.
