Job summary

EROAD Limited in Manila seeks a senior mobile engineering leader to own the technical and people direction of our mobile chapter (roughly 70/30 between hands-on technical leadership and chapter development). You will set architecture, own CI/CD and lead five mobile engineers across squads.

You will recruit, coach, run 1:1s, manage performance and partner with domain leads. Must have 5+ years mobile engineering, native Swift/Kotlin or cross‑platform, and shipped apps in public stores.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional mobile engineering experience (native or cross‑platform).
• At least one app shipped and maintained in a public app store.
• Strong knowledge of mobile architecture, deployment, crash reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Set architectural direction and code quality standards for iOS and Android apps.
• Own CI/CD, testing and platform integration practices across the chapter.
• Directly manage and develop 5 mobile engineers across squads, including coaching and 1:1s.
• Lead recruitment and capability development for the chapter.
• Manage performance, including difficult conversations and PIPs when needed.
• Report into the Domain Chapter Lead and represent mobile engineering.
