Job summary

The role centers on iOS native development with exposure to cross-platform frameworks and leadership across the mobile stack. You will mentor developers, enforce coding standards, optimize performance, and collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver scalable mobile solutions.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in mobile application development.
• Strong expertise in iOS (Swift / Objective-C).
• Experience working with cross-platform frameworks such as Flutter, React Native, or Xamarin is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, MVC, Clean Architecture).
• Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party services.
• Strong knowledge of mobile performance optimization and debugging.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Good understanding of mobile UI/UX principles.
• Experience leading or mentoring mobile development teams.
• Exposure to both native and cross-platform mobile ecosystems.

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of mobile applications.


• Build and maintain scalable mobile solutions across iOS and cross-platform frameworks.


• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.


• Define best practices for mobile architecture, performance, security, and scalability.


• Mentor and guide mobile developers, conducting code reviews and enforcing development standards.


• Ensure mobile applications meet performance, usability, and quality benchmarks.


• Drive adoption of modern mobile development practices including CI/CD and automated testing.


• Work closely with backend teams to integrate APIs and services efficiently.
