HRTx Inc in Metro Manila is seeking a Senior Mobile Engineering Lead to own code quality and engineering standards across iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) and Android (Kotlin/Jetpack Compose). You will drive app performance, mentor the mobile team, and champion Agile delivery with the Director of Software Development.

Work focuses on timely delivery, reducing technical debt, and adopting modern mobile technologies to elevate scalability, reliability, and user experience across platforms.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 9+ years of mobile development experience across iOS and Android.
• Deep knowledge of Swift/SwiftUI and Kotlin (Jetpack Compose).
• Proven track record in technical leadership and managing mobile development teams.
• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Solid understanding of mobile performance optimization, scalability, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex mobile issues.
• Relevant certifications in mobile development or Agile methodologies are a plus.
