Job summary

Millennial Zeal Technology Corporation is seeking a Product Support Expert | Mobile Technician to diagnose and repair OPPO devices, support software and data, and drive in-store sales. You will handle walk-in customers, manage repair intake, and maintain inventory in a busy retail setting.

The role blends hardware repair with sales and customer service, requiring a High School Diploma or TESDA NC II and 1–2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in mobile device repair, technical support, or retail sales.
• Education: High School Diploma or TESDA NC II in Electronics Product Assembly and Servicing or Consumer Electronics Servicing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and POS/ticketing software.

Responsibilities

• Technical Support & Repair: conduct inspections, repairs, software upgrades, and data backups for mobile phones and IoT products per SOPs.
• Store Operations & Inventory Management: enter repair tickets, manage inventory, handle cash flow and receipts.
• Sales & Customer Experience: promote OPPO smartphones, accessories, IoT products, and after-sales services; meet KPIs.
• Provide updates to customers on repair status and respond to store inquiries.
