Job summary

CARLCARE SERVICE PH INC. is seeking an experienced Mobile Technician to diagnose and repair mobile phones, while also supporting customer service and inventory control at the service center.

You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, handle customer inquiries, and maintain accurate records of parts and requests. The ideal candidate has a degree or equivalent, familiarity with CRM/ticketing, and experience with inventory systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Level 2–3 repair experience preferred.
• NCII certification is a plus.
• Computer literate; familiar with inventory systems
• Organized, flexible, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and basic repairs.
• Assist customers and resolve inquiries/complaints.
• Manage inventory, records, and documentation.
• Handle orders, returns, and service requests.
