Job summary

Vectrus, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor located in the Philippines to oversee field-level maintenance and recovery operations for LOGCAP V.

You will lead a multi-national team, plan and schedule services, manage tools and parts, and ensure readiness reporting while coordinating with logistics and security functions. The role requires strong GCSS-Army and Maximo proficiency, hands-on leadership, and the ability to obtain necessary clearances.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4-6 years of maintenance and supply management experience with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Experience maintaining Stryker Family of Tactical Wheeled Vehicles.
• Experience with Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) System desirable.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Military training in maintenance and supply management preferred.
• Ability to obtain U.S. Government MVO license and CAC background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Supervises personnel engaged in field-level maintenance and recovery operations.
• Conducts planning and scheduling of maintenance and services for all assigned equipment.
• Prepares personnel work schedules and monitors performance of subordinates.
• Hand Receipt Holder for tools, equipment, and spare parts.
• Utilizes GCSS-Army to manage daily maintenance related functions.
• Monitors work orders and PMCS for assigned equipment.
• Ensures equipment readiness reporting and inventory accuracy.
• Oversees security, supply, and maintenance management for assigned assets.
• Prepares reports and briefings for management or external agencies.
