Private Advertiser in Lucena, Philippines is seeking a software professional with strong IT operations background to join our tech team.

You will develop and maintain applications using VB.NET, Flutter, and C#, collaborate across SDLC with Agile teams, and document technical processes.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of experience, with good problem-solving and a willingness to learn new technologies.

Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field.
3–5 years in IT operations, system administration, or network management.
Experience supervising or guiding technical staff.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, servers, backups, and security.
Familiarity with software development, databases, and system improvements is an advantage.
Strong problem solving, communication, organization, and coordination skills.
Willing to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Develop, test, deploy, and maintain software applications using VB.NET, Flutter, C#, and related technologies.
Write clean, scalable, and reliable code while optimizing application performance.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
Conduct testing and code reviews to ensure quality and user requirements are met.
Prepare and maintain technical and software documentation.
Provide technical support and assist users with software-related concerns.
Participate in SDLC and Agile development processes.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and perform other duties as assigned.
