Job summary

Private Advertiser in Cebu City is seeking an MIS / Reports Analyst who is highly analytical, tech-savvy, to transform data into meaningful business insights.

You will leverage Excel, Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate to support staffing, capacity planning and reporting for Operations teams in an onsite role at Cebu IT Park.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
• 1–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of VB/VBA and Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Excellent statistical, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Ability to coordinate with Operations Managers regarding staffing planning, capacity utilization, seating requirements.
• Knowledge of WFM activities such as Intraday Planning, Forecasting, Shrinkage Management.
• Scripting skills and database knowledge are an advantage.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an MIS / Reports Analyst who is highly analytical, tech-savvy, and passionate about transforming data into meaningful business insights.

The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, reporting, automation, Power BI, and Workforce Management (WFM), with the ability to work closely with Operations teams to support staffing, capacity planning, and business requirements.
