Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking a MIS Reports Analyst to join on-site in Cebu (F. Cabahug St. or Cebu IT Park).

You will support Operational Leadership and clients with daily metrics, create and maintain real-time applications like WFM/RTA tools, and publish data for the operations team. The role requires 5–8 years in a related field, advanced MS Office skills, knowledge of VB/VBA, Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate, plus strong analytical and reporting abilities to drive staffing

Qualifications

• Experience required 5-8yrs in same field.
• Advanced MS Office skills, e.g., MS Excel, MS Access
• Knowledgeable in VB/VBA, Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate
• Ability to coordinate with Operations Managers for planning of staffing, capacity utilization, seating
• Good statistical, analytical and reporting skills
• Knowledgeable in call arrival patterns in call center environment to develop staffing requirements, rosters
• Knowledge in other WFM activities including Intraday Planning, Forecasting Shrinkage
• Scripting skills and database knowledge should be an added advantage
