Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. in Manila is seeking an MIS Officer to oversee reporting and insights for the Wealth Management Group, ensuring data is accurate, compliant, secure, and readily accessible to stakeholders across levels.

You will consolidate data from Investment Business Units, summarize it for RMs, Center Heads, and BU Heads, provide decision-support to maximize leads and performance, and help improve reporting capabilities while safeguarding information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a field related to data management, analytics, and presentation.
• 2+ years of experience in data management, dashboard creation, and reports management (preferred).
• Fresh graduates with strong data, statistics, and analytics knowledge are welcome.
• Strong advanced MS Excel skills (formulas, VBA, macros), MS Office suite, and communication.
• Expertise in data MIS management, data architecture, analytics, and process improvement.
• Must be amenable to onsite work and assigned to Makati.

Responsibilities

• Ensure data accuracy, compliance, control, security, and relevance of data from Investment Business Units.
• Summarize information to provide insights to RMs, Center Heads, BU Heads, and Management.
• Provide information to help management make decisions to maximize leads, monitor performance, and manage workforce.
• Support Relationship Management Unit’s day-to-day tasks with initiatives to reduce processing time and enhance sales insight.
• Address user feedback on reports and improve report capabilities and information.
• Safeguard data security across all levels by adhering to bank data management policies.

Job Summary

The MIS Officer oversees providing relevant reports and insights are accessed and provided to the relevant parties to ensure the Wealth Management Group is able to deliver on its supposed customer value proposition.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring the accuracy, compliance, control, security, and relevance of data sourced from different Investment Business Units that provide information on Business Unit business development metrics.


• Summarizing the information gathered to show insight on the different management levels from RMs, Center Heads, Business Unit Heads, and BDO’s Management.


• Providing information that will help the management make business decisions that will achieve business metrics by maximizing leads, monitoring performance, and managing the workforce.


• Providing support to the Relationship Management Unit’s day-to‑day tasks through initiatives that may reduce processing time or provide sales insight for increased production.


• Ensuring that all users’ feedback on the reports and data provided is addressed through resolution of functional errors and improvement in report capabilities and information.


• Safeguarding the security of data across all levels by adhering to the data management policies of the bank.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job (e.g. Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Actuarial Science, Statistics, or any degree with background on data management, analytics, and presentation)


• Preferred with at least two (2) years of experience or its equivalent in data management, dashboard creation, and reports management.


• Fresh Graduates with strong data, statistics, and analytics knowledge


• Skilled in Advanced MS Excel Skill (Advanced Formulas, VBA, and Macro) ,MS Office , Oral and written communication , Business Process Improvement , Customer Experience Metric Improvement Tools (DMAIC, Human-Centered Design) , Financial understanding & analysis


• Expertise in Data and MIS Management , Data Architecture Design Data, Business Analytics and Process Improvement


• Must be amenable to working onsite and be assigned to Makati
