The Data Control Assistant is responsible for reconciliation of Trust Balances, inventory of assets and accountable forms and preparation of management and regulatory reportsin line with the Banks standards and requirements.
Preparing trust fees collection and aging reports and reconcile trust fees with General Accounting Unit
Preparing reportorial requirements
Performs periodic inventory of assets and accountable forms
Performs other duties as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
Candidate must possess a Bachelors/College degree, preferably Business Course graduates
Preferably with experience in accounting related business or similar nature
Must possess good communications skills, computer literate and can work with minimum supervision
Analytical, hardworking, people and service-oriented, has the ability to work under pressure and a team player
Willing to work onsite in Makati
